It is simply my favorite color . . .
How pleasant is its softness to the eye:
Light in color,
Soothing, too,
Is the color ‘blue’.
How vast is the sky so blue that God should choose it as our covering. Restful is its implication. The word itself seems to speak of solitude when surrounded by this color ‘blue’. It brings feelings of peace and calm between me and You, dear God.
Noteworthy yet is the solemn realm in which one may dwell when enveloped by this color ‘blue’.
Now, one can see how satisfying it is to have this as their favorite choice amongst all the spectrum of colors from which to choose.
Thank You, God, for making the color ‘blue’.
